Job Requirements
- Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred
- At least two years experience in large, complex operations with a focus on food and beverage programs, hospitality, and brand management
- Frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Provide leadership to kitchen team members, using interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-confidence and professional maturity

Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen-related tasks including opening and closing, turning equipment on and off, and checking equipment operability
- Conduct food safety walkthroughs and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of kitchen team members
- Assist Kitchen Management with inventory, preparation, presentation, safety, and sanitation
- Ensure quality expectations are met in food preparation and presentation
- Motivate cooks to prepare menu items consistently
- Supervise daily operations including cleanliness, repair and maintenance, organization, and side work
- Ensure timely reporting of equipment repairs and team member injuries or issues
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
