Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in kitchen operations or related field
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations
  • certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • eligibility to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
  • ability to maintain safe and sanitary kitchen environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
  • minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties

  • lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork
  • manage kitchen supplies and support service needs
  • ensure safe practices and health standards are maintained
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation up to code
  • handle lost items and control access to sensitive kitchen areas
  • oversee team communication and operational efficiency
