Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in kitchen operations or related field
- knowledge of food and beverage service operations
- certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- eligibility to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
- ability to maintain safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred

Job Duties
