The Kitchen Supervisor role at Dreamscape Hospitality is a vital position within the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen or food preparation role
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds and work around hot kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including meal preparation and presentation
- ensure food quality portion control and plating consistency
- assist with kitchen scheduling ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak hours
- train supervise and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
- conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- address any personnel issues promptly and professionally
- inspect food storage preparation and presentation for quality and safety
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- ensure all kitchen staff follow health and safety guidelines
- conduct routine checks to maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- adhere to health department regulations and company policies
- maintain and monitor stock levels conducting weekly inventory checks
- assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records
- help manage food costs and reduce waste through efficient practices
- work with front-of-house staff to handle guest complaints or requests
