Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience as a kitchen supervisor, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- excellent attention to detail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and motivate team members effectively
- possession of property safety certifications
- experience working with inventory and food costs
- required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle/feel/work with objects and tools
- able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to adeptly smell and taste food and beverages to judge quality
- adherence to Makeready and property policies and procedures as defined

Job Duties
- Oversee opening and closing of kitchen

- monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with established standards
- assist in managing inventory and ordering kitchen supplies, ensuring all necessary ingredients are on hand
- ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
