Collaboration with the Sales Department is essential to plan for events and banquets, ensuring all food offerings meet AIKG’s standards and guest expectations. Additionally, the role requires active involvement in recruitment, retention, and development of culinary staff to build a skilled and engaged team.

Health, safety, and workplace compliance are critical aspects of the position, and the Kitchen Supervisor ensures that all kitchen areas, food storage, and service environments meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Through effective leadership and hands-on management, the supervisor fosters high morale and a positive work environment, ultimately delivering exceptional culinary experiences that contribute to the vibrant atmosphere at AIKG venues.

AIKG emphasizes career growth by providing meaningful training and development opportunities for their kitchen supervisors and culinary teams. The organization offers a stable yet exciting career path with competitive pay, including vacation and sick leave accrual from the first year, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a company-paid health savings account, robust retirement plans with employer matching, and comprehensive life and disability insurances.
