The role of Kitchen Supervisor is integral to our continued success and customer satisfaction. This position involves overseeing the daily functions of kitchens, which includes supervising a skilled team of cooks, servers, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operations and exemplary service delivery. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Supervisor will monitor day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and operational standards. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and organizing team members to achieve collective goals. In addition, the role requires a keen knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and maintaining high sanitation standards. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $21.00 to $25.00, and while it is a tipped position, it does not earn tips. Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen personnel including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations under the direction of the Executive Chef
