The Kitchen Supervisor position at Delaware North Sportservice is located at the iconic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, a prime venue for major sporting events and entertainment. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
  • Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, frequently reaching up to 6-7 feet, twisting, bending, and squatting
  • Ability to occasionally push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position
  • High school education is desired
  • participation or enrollment in a culinary program is preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
  • Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Aid in the supervision and observation of performance for the dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency, and timelines
  • Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of the work area
  • Utilize and sanitize kitchen equipment for the preparation of food items such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Ensure workstation and equipment are clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Meet all health department standards for safe food handling and operate equipment safely, determined by position and OSHA regulations
