Job Duties
- clean dishes and scrub pots to maintain kitchen cleanliness
- sweep floors and take out trash to ensure sanitary workspace
- replace clean china, glass, and silverware in proper storage locations to prevent breakage
- collaborate with kitchen crew to keep work areas spotless and organized
- ensure food storage and rotation protocols are followed for safety
- engage positively with guests and team members to support a friendly environment
- adapt flexibly to various tasks with a can-do attitude
