Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
ability to work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
ability to perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines timely
ability to work as part of a team and independently
ability to take instructions from Manager
good problem solving skills
ability to interact professionally with coworkers, Managers, guests and the public

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting
strong communication skills
team player with ability to work independently when required
good problem solving skills
basic knowledge of food service and safety standards
familiarity with dishwashing procedures and equipment

Job Duties

Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
work as a part of a team as well as complete assignments independently
take instructions from Manager
exercise problem solving skills
interact with coworkers, Managers, guests and the public professionally and pleasantly
wash dishes using established procedures ensuring dishwashing equipment operates efficiently and dish washing products are maintained at par level
remove dirty dishes from guest tables using proper cleaning methods
make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards
properly set up server station per meal period and keep it clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc
report all incidents including compliments, complaints, and technical issues to Manager
control operation of his/her station and insure proper execution of service between team members
observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
help in restaurant, outlet, kitchen when extra duties are assigned
be familiar with equipment and its location
clear and reset tables at conclusion of each course
