Job Requirements

  • must successfully complete required screening level ii background check physical and drug screen
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • availability to work some weekends and evenings
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens grills stoves hoods fryers floors etc
  • stock all supplies as directed by executive chef sous chef and cook positions
  • maintain a pace of work which allows supplies and equipment to be cleaned and put in their proper place which meets business demands
  • understand the proper use of chemicals
