We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Members to join our enthusiastic crew. As a Kitchen Team Member at Rotolo's Craft & Crust, you will play an essential role in preparing high-quality food that keeps our guests coming back for more. This position involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where efficiency, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to the restaurant's recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization in your workstation and the overall kitchen is crucial to meeting health and safety regulations.

This job offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with shifts available during the day and night. You will be a key contributor to the kitchen’s smooth operation by assisting team members during peak periods and supporting prep work when the kitchen is less busy. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in food preparation or kitchen work
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • maintain stocked and organized workstations throughout each shift
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces
  • follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
  • execute consistent plate presentation and garnishing standards
  • operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and grills, safely and efficiently
  • assist team members during busy periods and support prep work during slower times
  • help open and close the kitchen according to established procedures and checklists
  • attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
