The restaurant is currently seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Members to join their staff. These positions come with both full-time and part-time opportunities, including day and night shifts, and require on-site presence. As a Kitchen Team Member, you play a crucial role in ensuring every dish served meets the high standards expected at Rotolo's. Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you must demonstrate consistency, efficiency, and teamwork to keep up with demand while maintaining quality. Your commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling will be essential in delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards, maintaining organized and stocked workstations, and upholding cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas. You will operate kitchen equipment safely and contribute to a positive team culture by assisting others during busy periods and supporting prep work during quieter times. Additionally, team members help with opening and closing duties and actively participate in team meetings to foster continuous improvement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and grow within the company. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of food preparation or kitchen experience
  • Preferred: Experience with pizza, ovens, fryers, or grills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • Maintain stocked and organized workstations throughout each shift
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
  • Execute consistent plate presentation and garnishing standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and grills, safely and efficiently
  • Assist team members during busy periods and support prep work during slower times
  • Help open and close the kitchen according to established procedures and checklists
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food handling guidelines
