The role of Kitchen Team Member, also referred to as Line Cook, is integral to the restaurant’s success. Rotolo's Craft & Crust is currently offering full-time and part-time positions with shifts available during the day and night, accommodating various schedules. Kitchen Team Members are responsible for following company recipes and portion sizes, maintaining cleanliness and order at their stations, and abiding by food safety and sanitation protocols. Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- maintain stocked and organized workstations throughout each shift
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces
- follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
- execute consistent plate presentation and garnishing standards
- operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and grills, safely and efficiently
- assist team members during busy periods and support prep work during slower times
- help open and close the kitchen according to established procedures and checklists
