Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation
- open availability for training and work schedule
- comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented manual tasks
- ability to attend training Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
- willingness to work in person at the Brea location
- strong focus on consistency and quality
- ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in dough preparation such as pastry or pizza is a plus
- basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate with the team
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- eagerness to learn and be challenged
- physically able to stand for long periods
- previous dumpling experience is not required
Job Duties
- Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
- rolls dumpling and bun skins
- stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings and buns in a steamer
- adds meat and allergen identifiers
- steams dumplings and buns
- maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
- labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
- attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
- keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- organizes items within walk-in coolers and freezers
- lifts and moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables up to 50 pounds
- assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- maintains confidentiality regarding proprietary information including recipes and standard operating procedures
