Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in food preparation including chopping slicing and cooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including washing dishes bussing tables and disposing of waste properly
  • help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for events such as banquets or special functions
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise during food preparation or service
  • follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
