The Texan Stores is a unique and expansive convenience store chain located in Victoria, Texas. Unlike typical convenience stores, The Texan Stores combines an exceptional retail experience with full kitchen operations. In addition to selling everyday items, The Texan Stores also provides freshly made-to-order food and convenient grab-and-go options. We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to oversee and lead kitchen operations at our Victoria location. This position is essential to maintaining the high standard of food service that our customers expect. The role demands a savvy kitchen leader capable of recruiting and managing a winning team, driving food sales, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering excellence in food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating seamlessly with vendors. This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape the culinary experience and drive the success of our kitchen as a vital part of our store's overall operation.

As a Kitchen Supervisor at The Texan Stores, you will manage all aspects of kitchen operations including staff leadership, inventory control, adherence to health and safety standards, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to complete daily paperwork and audits to keep the kitchen organized and compliant with regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical in this role as you will be leading a team and liaising with vendors to ensure product availability and quality. Your leadership will directly influence the kitchen’s success in delivering outstanding food and promoting sales traffic within this dynamic retail environment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Working shifts may vary, including morning, day, and evening shifts as well as rotating weekends and availability on weekends is required. The position requires the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Victoria, TX before starting work.
