  • Prepping all menu ingredients including fish, veggies, rice, and sauce
  • labeling all perishable items with names and dates
  • refilling and restocking poke bar
  • maintaining time and temperature logs
  • organizing and maintaining clean workstations
  • alerting managers of low inventory and out of stock items
