Job Description

The Future Bars Group is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the production and distribution of specialty cocktail ingredients. As a well-established player in the hospitality and beverage industry, Future Bars Group is dedicated to supporting its network of bars and establishments by centrally producing high-quality syrups, tinctures, bitters, garnishes, and fresh juices. Our commissary food production facility plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the products we deliver, ensuring that every bar we service can provide customers with exceptional cocktails made from premium ingredients.

Future Bars Group is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Driver and Kitchen Prep Worker to join our team. This hybrid role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on food preparation tasks in our bustling commissary kitchen. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of physical activity, kitchen work, and delivering goods while helping maintain the operational standards of a busy production environment. This is a full-time position with shifts typically scheduled from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday, providing a structured workweek with weekend duties.

As a Driver and Kitchen Prep Worker, you will be responsible for safely transporting our carefully crafted products from our commissary to various bar locations throughout California. Your role is essential in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the quality of our ingredients during transit. Additionally, you will be actively involved in preparing kitchen items such as cutting fresh produce, preparing juices, and assisting in the production of syrups, tinctures, and bitters under the guidance of our kitchen managers. Cleaning and organizing duties will also be part of your daily tasks to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our production facility.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid California driver’s license and possess a strong work ethic. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Experience in food preparation is highly desirable but not mandatory, as we provide thorough training to ensure you meet our high standards of quality and safety. As a valued member of Future Bars Group, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a unique and exciting segment of the hospitality industry while contributing to a company committed to diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity employment.

Future Bars Group offers a competitive hourly wage between $20 and $23, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions for eligible employees, commuter check benefits to ease your travel expenses, and the perk of a free daily lunch to keep you fueled and energized throughout your shift. Our team environment encourages collaboration, respect, and a shared goal of delivering excellence from our commissary to the bars we serve.

If you are a dependable individual with a passion for hands-on work and driving, and you want to be part of a progressive company that values its employees and their contributions, Future Bars Group invites you to apply. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to join our dedicated team. We look forward to welcoming you aboard and supporting your career in the beverage production and delivery industry.
