Job Requirements

  • Experience in concessions, arena, or restaurant kitchen required
  • Knowledge of general food safety practices
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Compliance with local health code and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prepare grilled or fried food maintaining quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Fulfilling BEOs and other service requests from each department timely and accurately
  • Preparing and cooking food as needed using grills, fryers, knives, etc.
  • Prepping all necessary food items for the daily service as directed
  • Producing high-quality food with excellent taste and presentation standards
  • Breaking down stations, storing all food properly, cleaning work areas and equipment according to Health Department standards
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
  • Taking direction well and working both individually and as part of a team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Performing other duties as required to support the Food & Beverage operation
