Job Duties
- Fulfilling BEOs and other service requests from each department timely and accurately
- Preparing and cooking food as needed using grills, fryers, knives, etc.
- Prepping all necessary food items for the daily service as directed
- Producing high-quality food with excellent taste and presentation standards
- Breaking down stations, storing all food properly, cleaning work areas and equipment according to Health Department standards
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
- Taking direction well and working both individually and as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Performing other duties as required to support the Food & Beverage operation
