Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and BBQ techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
