The role of Kitchen Prep Associate - Apps at Din Tai Fung is crucial in delivering this celebrated dining experience behind the scenes. As a Kitchen Prep Associate specializing in appetizers, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing beverages at the Boba station, assembling appetizer items at the side station, and carefully packing takeout orders at the Packing Station. Your work ensures that every item leaving the kitchen meets Din Tai Fung’s rigorous quality and presentation standards as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Beyond food preparation, this role requires attention to detail in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked working environment. You will be responsible for inventory management and timely restocking to maintain smooth and uninterrupted service. This position allows you to contribute directly to the seamless operation of the kitchen while working collaboratively as part of a team. The role is designated as part-time and offers a competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour.
