The Kitchen Prep Associate - Apps role at Din Tai Fung is a vital position within the back of house (kitchen) team, specifically located at the Southcenter Mall in Tukwila, WA. This position involves a dynamic, multi-station responsibility that requires a focus on precision, consistency, and seamless teamwork. The Kitchen Prep Associate will manage three major stations: the Boba beverage station, where all drinks are prepared according to established recipes; the side station, which is responsible for plating appetizer items with careful attention to presentation and quality; and the Packing Station, where takeout orders are carefully packed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role demands an individual who is detail-oriented and consistent with following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the high standards that Din Tai Fung is known for worldwide. A critical part of the function involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels across all three stations, including inventory management and restocking to support uninterrupted service flow. The Kitchen Prep Associate works closely with the rest of the kitchen and service staff, emphasizing a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
