Job Requirements

Must have some electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
Experience in restaurant or kitchen maintenance preferred
Be familiar with energy isolation practice such as Lock Out Tag Out procedures
Be 18 years of age or older
No felony, theft or stealing convictions
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Must pass a background investigation
Must obtain and maintain a gaming license

Job Qualifications

Some electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
Experience in restaurant or kitchen maintenance preferred
Familiarity with energy isolation practices such as Lock Out Tag Out procedures
Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance operations
Knowledge of safe practices in a kitchen working environment
Ability to be organized
Ability to safely use and administer cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in basic English
Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service
Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
Ability to perform in a professional appearance and manner
Ability to clearly communicate with all management

Job Duties

Responsible for keeping all kitchen equipment clean and ready for use
Safely disconnect and reconnect electrical and gas line connections
Properly dispose of grease and garbage left in or on equipment
Safely operate low pressure and medium pressure steam cleaning equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area following all health and food safety regulations
Ensure all assigned venues, tools, and support equipment are cared for and duties completed
Keep equipment, tools, work stations, and food prep areas clean, organized, and free from clutter and non-approved items
Understand and follow through with all assigned tasks
Communicate clearly with Maintenance Supervisor and team members regarding equipment operation and repair
Work according to established casino procedures
Operate within proper safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain good communication with co-workers and foster a positive, professional work environment
Contribute to team effort and accomplish related results
Perform other duties as required
