Job Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to meet Outback Steakhouse standards
Ensure all cleaned items meet required wash and rinse temperature guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
Handle trash removal and linen bag collection in a timely manner
Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, or cutting ingredients when required
Keep storage, prep, and dish areas organized and well-stocked
Follow all food safety and workplace safety practices to protect guests and team members
