We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Cooks with expertise in pizza, salad, hoagie preparation, and general kitchen prep work. The successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently preparing high-quality dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. This role demands a focus on taste, appearance, and timely delivery to exceed customer expectations consistently. Working in a fast-paced environment, the candidates must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards. Collaboration with kitchen staff and management is essential to monitor food stock, assist with inventory control, and support overall kitchen operations. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required to meet the restaurant’s dynamic scheduling needs.

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by Mellow Mushroom
- Ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized in accordance with brand standards
- Assist to manage food storage and inventory control
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food quality and consistency
- Monitor food stock and report any shortages to management
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or restaurant manager
