Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures

- Managing performance of Back of House employees including conducting evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Assisting in the development of employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
- Conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
- Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all food items
- Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- Scheduling and directing work for Back of House employees
- Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
