Job Requirements

  • Must hold ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check as required by local laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Food handling management certification
  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food costs
  • Skilled in training and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and management team to achieve excellence in kitchen operations
  • Embrace and promote the WingHouse philosophy to both staff and guests
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling practices
  • Master all kitchen stations and train staff at each position
  • Supervise shifts to maintain smooth operational flow
  • Manage inventory and control food costs efficiently
  • Place accurate food orders and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure that labor goals for the back of house (BOH) are met consistently
  • Maintain all kitchen equipment in optimal condition
  • Foster a motivating and satisfying work environment for all employees
