  • specific vision abilities including close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Job Duties

  • perform deep cleaning of all back of house food and beverage work areas surfaces and equipment including walls work stations ceilings floor drains floor mats cooktops and vent hoods
  • clean inside outside underneath and behind all cooking equipment such as stoves grills deep fryers and dishwashers break down and reassemble equipment as needed to maintain cleanliness
  • sweep scrub and mop floors in kitchen areas
  • wash and sanitize work surfaces
  • dispose of garbage recyclables and grease according to established guidelines
  • ensure a high level of sanitation is in place at all times and that all team members follow all sanitation procedures and food guidelines
  • assist utility stewards in operating and maintaining dishwashing machines
  • perform job duties in full compliance with departmental internal controls policies procedures and regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned
