This particular opportunity is for a part-time Kitchen Member/Cook position under the direction of the General and Kitchen Manager. Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Basic understanding or ability to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations
- Basic understanding or ability to learn food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize work, and complete tasks timely in a busy environment
- Possess and maintain all appropriate certifications such as Food Handler Card
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is a must

Job Duties
- Bake pizza and prepare related ingredients such as dough and fresh sauce
- Chop toppings including meats and vegetables
- Prepare batches of food cooked to order or kept warm
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment like griddles, grills, or deep fryers
- Cook food according to order instructions and verify quality and quantity
- Multitask by cooking multiple orders simultaneously
- Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
- Monitor food inventory, clean cooking stations, sterilize equipment, and replace supplies as needed
- Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation and cooking areas
