The role of Kitchen Manager at Ode is far from a typical kitchen position. Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Bring consistency, organization, and structure to the kitchen
  • Execute a clean, simple, high-quality menu (breakfast, lunch, juices, smoothies)
  • Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and food cost
  • Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and food quality
  • Work closely with the founder to refine systems and workflows
