Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
  • experience managing annual sales of 2.5 million dollars or more
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • cooking skills preferred
  • valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • demonstrated leadership experience managing high-volume restaurants
  • strong financial acumen including p&l management
  • proven team development and training skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with inventory control and cash handling
  • passion for food and culinary skills as an asset

Job Duties

  • lead by example as a hands-on team player
  • assist the general manager with p&l budgets and financial oversight
  • manage inventories and ordering processes
  • handle cash and financial reporting
  • train and develop employees fostering a culture of kindness and respect
  • create lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction
  • cook and assist in back-of-house operations as needed
