The company values its employees greatly and fosters a culture of kindness, respect, and excellence, which the manager will help to cultivate and maintain.

The chosen Restaurant Manager will be a pivotal member of the management team, assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily business functions such as inventory management, ordering, handling cash, and reviewing financial reports. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of profit and loss budgets and be financially astute, contributing to the financial health and sustainability of the restaurant. Leadership skills are paramount; the manager must lead by example, inspire the team, and foster employee training and development. This role requires a genuine passion for food, along with the capability to step in and cook if the situation demands it, ensuring smooth operation during busy periods or staff shortages.

The role calls for someone who pays close attention to operational details without relying on clipboards or bureaucratic processes – true hands-on leadership is essential. The ideal candidate will bring at least several years of experience managing restaurants with significant annual sales volume, specifically $2.5 million or more, showcasing leadership maturity and a track record of success in high-volume environments.

Beyond the operational duties, this position offers substantial benefits including health insurance, vacation time, 401(k) program with employer match, and a comprehensive bonus program designed to reward outstanding performance. Moreover, the opportunity for career growth within the company is considerable, with the potential to expand leadership roles and responsibilities in alignment with the company’s growth trajectory. This is an extraordinary chance for a dedicated professional to join a company that not only values hands-on, detailed, and respectful leadership but also invests in employee development and recognizes achievements comprehensively.
