- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with restaurant technology including TOAST, Ctuit and Rezku
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and manage management team
- Develop team members into future leaders
- Exercise tight financial controls on labor, food, meat and maintenance costs
- Manage and train food safety and cleanliness
- Monitor food quality to ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead with positive and kind leadership skills
