- Proficiency in restaurant management software such as TOAST, Ctuit and Rezku
- Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of kitchen
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire and train management team
- Develop leadership skills of team members
- Manage food safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor and maintain food quality for guests
- Control labor, food, meat and maintenance costs
- Lead daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
