Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years food and beverage industry experience
  • 1-2 years kitchen management experience
  • ability to work morning shifts consistently
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • team-oriented mindset
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar kitchen management role
  • at least 3 years experience in food and beverage service including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and respect employees
  • effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • passion for hospitality and career growth
  • knowledge of food safety and kitchen management best practices

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff
  • ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests
  • train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house employees
  • maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • fill in where needed to support guest service and efficient operations
  • communicate clearly with team members both verbally and in writing
  • foster team development and commitment
