- At least 1-2 years staff management
- food service experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Job Duties
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- understanding National School Lunch Program
- food preparation on a large production scale
- utilizing kitchen equipment
- meeting company’s expectations
- understand company’s food concepts
- daily production records and paperwork
- facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- training school cafeteria workers in food production and recipes utilization
- training staff on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- training staff to meet company’s expectations
- educating staff on company’s food concepts
