  • At least 1-2 years staff management
  • food service experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Job Duties

  • Understanding National School Breakfast Program
  • understanding National School Lunch Program
  • food preparation on a large production scale
  • utilizing kitchen equipment
  • meeting company’s expectations
  • understand company’s food concepts
  • daily production records and paperwork
  • facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
  • training school cafeteria workers in food production and recipes utilization
  • training staff on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
  • training staff to meet company’s expectations
  • educating staff on company’s food concepts
