Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing, and walking long distances
  • standing for long periods and ability to work in varying temperatures
  • agree to work various shifts based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager's Certification within six months
  • proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
  • ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Create and deliver first-class experiences for traveling public
  • promote and drive an engaged workforce, career development, and learning
  • maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and grooming standards
  • be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners and monitor performance
  • investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • drive top line sales and profitability
  • adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances using problem-solving skills
