Job Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing, and walking long distances
- standing for long periods and ability to work in varying temperatures
- agree to work various shifts based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager's Certification within six months
- proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
- ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable or equivalent combination of experience and education

- Create and deliver first-class experiences for traveling public
- promote and drive an engaged workforce, career development, and learning
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and grooming standards
- be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners and monitor performance
- investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly
- drive top line sales and profitability
- adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances using problem-solving skills
