The role of Kitchen Manager at True Texas BBQ, an H-E-B restaurant brand, is a critical leadership position within this dynamic environment. Job Requirements
- Ability to execute high-volume food production
- Ability to supervise, train, and cross-train staff

Job Qualifications
- Professional culinary training and experience of 1 or more years
- Completion of internal School of Retail Management (SORM)
- Experience leading in complex work and team environment
- Experience in ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control
- Advanced customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in H-E-B systems preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
