Job Requirements
- Ability to execute high-volume food production
- Ability to supervise, train, and cross-train staff
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain efficient operations and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to function in fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to safely lift and manage up to 80 lbs with team assistance
- Ability to work extended and rotating schedules
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and pivot
- Ability to frequently be exposed to fumes, heat, and wet conditions
Job Qualifications
- Professional culinary training and experience of 1 or more years
- Completion of internal School of Retail Management (SORM)
- Experience leading in complex work and team environment
- Experience in ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control
- Advanced customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in H-E-B systems preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Directly supervises partners
- Trains and manages staff
- Supervises and coordinates culinary activities
- Plans, assigns, and directs work
- Assists with appraising performance
- Oversees daily job responsibilities
- Estimates food consumption and purchases food
- Executes menu items
- Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Maintains food specifications and quality
- Monitors inventory and shrink
- Manages financial performance and budget execution
