Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of back-of-house management experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Valid Food Protection Manager Certification ServSafe
- Ability to work full-time in person at the Palace Station location
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of back-of-house management experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or butchery is a significant plus
- Current Food Protection Manager Certification ServSafe
- Leadership skills with a lead from the front mentality
- Expert-level skills in inventory tracking and prep-sheet management
Job Duties
- Manage train and inspire line cooks prep teams and dishwashers
- Maintain strict quality control for all food items ensuring traditional Korean flavors are executed perfectly every time
- Manage high-value protein inventory minimize waste and coordinate with vendors to ensure essentials are stocked
- Oversee food cost management labor hours and equipment maintenance in the kitchen
