We are currently looking to hire a Kitchen Lead who shares our passion for real food and can help lead a small, focused kitchen team. This is an ideal role for someone with solid kitchen experience who is ready to step into a leadership position. The Kitchen Lead will maintain high culinary standards while guiding service with calm, steady energy. This leadership role involves overseeing kitchen operations during service, ensuring consistency in our from-scratch menu items, and fostering a respectful and accountable team culture. The Kitchen Lead will also support daily kitchen activities such as prep and cleaning, while setting the tone for an efficient, organized, and clean kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven kitchen experience preferably in organic or scratch kitchens
  • Ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Strong line cook or kitchen leadership experience
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and fast without cutting corners
  • Genuine appreciation for organic ingredients and intentional cooking
  • Reliable, steady, and able to lead by example
