Job Requirements
- 3+ years of FOH management experience
- experience in corporate, high-volume full-service restaurant settings
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and scheduling
- understanding of cost control and labor management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and/or state/local food handler certification preferred
