Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for food quality and team leadership

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • ability to manage food cost and labor budgeting
  • experience in staff coaching and development
  • passion for made-from-scratch food
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • overseeing the production and preparation of food
  • overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
  • managing the performance of Back of House employees, including coaching
  • overseeing the proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
  • directing work for kitchen employees
  • creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff
