Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen management or related field
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling
- Coordinate food ordering oversee inventory
- Work calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Ensure kitchen team adherence to recipes safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with owner general manager and kitchen team to implement teamwork and excellence procedures
- Lead continuous improvement through coaching and team development
- Ensure proper food storage quality presentation standards and temperature controls
