Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen management or related field
  • Understanding of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling
  • Coordinate food ordering oversee inventory
  • Work calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure kitchen team adherence to recipes safety procedures and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with owner general manager and kitchen team to implement teamwork and excellence procedures
  • Lead continuous improvement through coaching and team development
  • Ensure proper food storage quality presentation standards and temperature controls
