The Kitchen Manager position plays a critical role in the smooth operation and success of our kitchen. Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to implement and maintain operational procedures
