Job Requirements
- Running inside expo is required
- Manager food handling certificate
- Available to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holidays
- Willingness to work opening shifts starting at 5am and occasionally 4am
- Ability to work full-time
- Professional attitude and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as a supervisor, kitchen lead, or manager
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Updated Manager's Food Handling Certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work professionally under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare and follow recipes
- Read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared
- Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- Work as a team with other back of the house staff
- Enter inventory and food orders
- Manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
- Communicate and train other team members
- Control labor costs and food waste
- Familiar with catering setup and food presentation
