Job Requirements

  • Running inside expo is required
  • Manager food handling certificate
  • Available to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holidays
  • Willingness to work opening shifts starting at 5am and occasionally 4am
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Professional attitude and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience as a supervisor, kitchen lead, or manager
  • Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Updated Manager's Food Handling Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work professionally under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and follow recipes
  • Read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared
  • Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
  • Work as a team with other back of the house staff
  • Enter inventory and food orders
  • Manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
  • Communicate and train other team members
  • Control labor costs and food waste
  • Familiar with catering setup and food presentation
