Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurant industry
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to manage and motivate teams
- availability for late-night and weekend work
- strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- proficient with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- capable of working in fast-paced environments
- knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
- 1+ years of experience leading and managing teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- ability to obtain or current ServeSafe Manager certification
- hands-on leadership skills with capability to motivate teams of 5+ members
- strong ownership mindset and adaptability in fast-changing startup-style environments
- creative problem solving skills and openness to innovation
- proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- flexible availability for late-night and weekend shifts
- working knowledge or ability to quickly learn inventory management systems and order fulfillment best practices
Job Duties
- lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads to ensure safe and efficient meal preparation
- manage staffing, scheduling, and kitchen performance to meet quality and safety standards
- enforce strict food safety, inventory controls, and safety protocols
- collaborate with Site Manager and cross-functional teams to implement new food concepts and operational improvements
- handle onsite escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
- analyze performance metrics to identify issues and drive operational efficiencies
- coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
