Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurant industry
  • 1+ years of team leadership experience
  • ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to manage and motivate teams
  • availability for late-night and weekend work
  • strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
  • proficient with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • knowledge of inventory management systems preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
  • 1+ years of experience leading and managing teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • ability to obtain or current ServeSafe Manager certification
  • hands-on leadership skills with capability to motivate teams of 5+ members
  • strong ownership mindset and adaptability in fast-changing startup-style environments
  • creative problem solving skills and openness to innovation
  • proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • flexible availability for late-night and weekend shifts
  • working knowledge or ability to quickly learn inventory management systems and order fulfillment best practices

Job Duties

  • lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads to ensure safe and efficient meal preparation
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and kitchen performance to meet quality and safety standards
  • enforce strict food safety, inventory controls, and safety protocols
  • collaborate with Site Manager and cross-functional teams to implement new food concepts and operational improvements
  • handle onsite escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
  • analyze performance metrics to identify issues and drive operational efficiencies
  • coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
