Job Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant restaurant experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to get certified
- Ability to work late-night and weekend hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-risk kitchen equipment safely
- Comfortable flexing between kitchen and fulfillment operations
- Must adhere strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medium/high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment
- 1+ years of experience leading teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team of 5+ employees
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Proficiency using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and product flow preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads
- Hire, coach and develop team members
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
- Oversee kitchen performance and quality control
- Analyze performance data to identify and solve operational issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and implement new initiatives
