Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant restaurant experience
  • 1+ years of team leadership experience
  • ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to get certified
  • Ability to work late-night and weekend hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-risk kitchen equipment safely
  • Comfortable flexing between kitchen and fulfillment operations
  • Must adhere strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medium/high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team of 5+ employees
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
  • Proficiency using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and product flow preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads
  • Hire, coach and develop team members
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Oversee kitchen performance and quality control
  • Analyze performance data to identify and solve operational issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and implement new initiatives
