They are currently seeking a strong, creative, and organized leader for the role of Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, working collaboratively with other managers and team members to maintain a seamless operation that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role involves key leadership responsibilities such as hiring, training, and developing team members, scheduling staff, managing inventory and ordering, menu development, maintaining food costs, and leading the kitchen team toward operational excellence. This position also offers salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
