- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and inventory systems
- Ability to lead calmly and confidently during heavy rushes
- A coach mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- ServSafe Certified or willing to obtain
- Available for weekends and peak hours
- Willing to step in when needed to support the team

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations during service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times
- Order food and supplies based on demand and sales trends
- Control food cost and minimize waste
- Create and maintain prep systems and daily processes
- Train and develop line cooks for speed, accuracy, and teamwork
- Schedule kitchen staff efficiently based on volume
- Maintain labor percentage goals
- Conduct weekly inventory and manage product storage compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Address performance issues professionally and immediately
- Work alongside the team during rushes - this is a working leadership role
