As a Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) team and operations. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to advance their restaurant management careers while working in a fast-paced and fun setting where every day feels like game day. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the kitchen area, guiding and supervising all HOH team members to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and safety are consistently met. This role requires a passion for training and developing team members, a strong knowledge of operational standards including labor laws, health codes, and food safety, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team
