Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • familiarity with security systems and computer operations
  • enthusiasm for team training and development
